ONKAPARINGA COUNCIL TAKEN TO COURT

Election Fraud

Everyone is invited to attend a court hearing on Friday 17 February 2023 at 9am.

My previous post stated that we were looking closely into what happened during the election and of course the entire voting and counting process.

Sir Samuel Way Building at 241-259 Victoria Square Adelaide will be the location of our first hearing on 17 February at 9am

I say that during the period since the elections closed, I have been able to identify a range of irregularities, illegal activities and breaches of the Act ( Local Government (Elections) Act, 1999 (SA) – which any reasonable person would deem so undesirable , illegal and unlawful – that such person would form the view that the ballots cast were at risk of illegal interference to such an extent that the Electoral Commission of SA and the City of Onkaparinga’s breaches could never provide any confidence that the election was open, fair or transparent.

I say that all matters considered, any reasonable judicial officer, viewing all the evidence as a whole, would form a view that the 2022 Council Elections for the City of Onkaparinga was void.

Furthermore I say that matters of a criminal nature against the City of Onkaparinga are included in this action and may soon be investigated by Police.

The first hearing will come before the District Court located in the Sir Samuel Way Building at 241-259 Victoria Square Adelaide on Friday 17 February 2023 at 9am.

In relation to CIV-22-013848 – Mark NIELSEN v THE ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER FOR ELECTORAL COMMISSION OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA, THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER FOR THE CITY OF ONKAPARINGA

I welcome everyone who has an interest to appear at this public hearing.

As a Directions Hearing it will be a preliminary hearing to decide how this matter will proceed so nothing will be finalised on this date but I believe it is important for everyone to be involved and not just Onkaparinga rate payers.

If proven this case could be of major significance to this state as inferences will be drawn about other elections and cause the people to lose confidence in the institutions of government. It may even lead to questions concerning the founding of South Australia from 1834.

There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed and every secret will be made known.

Justice will be done.
